About us

When the Hot Sauce Emporium first opened to the public back in 2008, it was the UK's first ever dedicated chilli sauce shop. It's remained a must-visit Bristol destination for heat-seeking visitors and regulars ever since.

On entering the Emporium, visitors will discover an amazing array of the finest quality hot sauces from around the world, as well as many regional and local offerings, ranging in heat from the mildest of the mild to the most unrelentingly brutally hot.

We also stock a wide variety of wing and BBQ sauces as well as many other chilli products, including preserves, dried chillies, seeds, snacks, confectionary and more. We'll be only too happy to assist you in navigating our vast range of products should you care to pay us a visit.
