Royce Rolls Cafe is a vegan and vegetarian cafe in St Nicholas Market. 

The legendary Royce Rolls established in 1979 and has been trading as vegetarian since then. 

They serve freshly grounded coffee and hot drinks, with a selection of plant milks.

You can also choose from a variety of:

  • cakes, including vegan and gluten free options
  • freshly prepared rolls and baguettes
  • salads
  • pastries

  • jacket potatoes

Portuguese Taste is the ideal place to go for a homemade meal, at a very reasonable price.

They're a popular place to pick up a homemade "Pastel de Nata", or Portuguese custard tart,  probably the most well-known Portuguese delight in the world.  

This dessert has been described as having 'addictive qualities'. And they're just a £1 each, so go along and try one!

The Olive Works sell fresh salads prepared daily, healthy lunch for all food preferences such as vegetarians, meat lovers, vegans, gluten free and others.  

Olives – we love olives!

We also have a range of delicious wraps with humus, falafel, feta, butterbeans, chicken and lamb. Hot food served in the winter. A great stop for lunch timers.
